The 18th International Symposium on Artificial Life and Robotics (AROB 2013) will be held in Daejeon from 30 January to 1 February, 2013 at Daejeon Convention Center (DCC).
AROB is an international symposium which was founded in 1996 under the support of Science and International Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japanese government. Since the inception, AROB has been held annually.
The symposium is being held to develop new technologies for artificial life and robotics and their applications in various fields. Also at the symposium, original research will presented and development of new technologies concerning artificial life and robotics based on computer simulations and hardware designs of state-of-the-art technologies will be discussed. There will be about 400 participants from 20 countries joining the 18th AROB.
